Tropic On Tour FAQs

Where can I purchase Tropic On Tour tickets?  

 

You can purchase Tropic On Tour tickets by...

2. Selecting which location you would like to be attend

Here you will be able to purchase your ticket and secure your place on the tour.

 

When do Tropic On Tour tickets go on sale?  

 

Tickets go on sale at 1pm on Thursday 8th December. 

 

How much are Tropic On Tour tickets?  

 

It is £5 per ticket for both guests and Ambassadors. This £5 ticket gains you access to your chosen venue and a free Tropic product upon arrival. Please note, if you are purchasing a ticket on behalf of your guest, you must enter their details for them to receive the correct Tropic product and information.  

 

When do ticket sales close?  

 

Ticket sales close at midnight three days ahead of each location’s event date. For example, if the event is held on Saturday, ticket sales to that location will close at 11.59pm the Wednesday before. 

 

Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?  

 

You can purchase up to ten tickets at a time and will be required to enter the details for each attendee individually. You're able to purchase as many tickets as you'd like (in maximum batches of ten at a time) by re-visiting the ticket booking site and placing another order until the venue has reached maximum capacity. The remaining ticket availability will be shown for each venue when purchasing your tickets. 

 

What happens if my preferred location is sold out?  

 

If tickets are sold out for a particular venue this will be displayed on the booking page. If you wish, you’ll be able to join a waiting list for the sold-out venue and when a ticket becomes available, you’ll be notified via email. Once you have been notified via email you will have 24 hours to purchase the ticket before the slot is offered to the next person on the waiting list. 

 

Will I receive a confirmation email once I’ve purchased my ticket?  

 

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email once you’ve purchased your ticket/s to Tropic On Tour. This will contain information on the location and timings, and a QR code. If you have purchased more than one ticket you will receive the QR codes for all purchased tickets. These QR codes will also be sent to the email addresses entered for the attendees you've purchased tickets for. You’ll need to keep your QR code safe as you’ll be required to show it upon arrival at the venue. It can be shown on your phone or printed.  

 

What happens if I don’t receive a confirmation email? 

 

If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please contact Ambassador Support on 02045387600, or via the email info@tropicskincare.com to confirm your email address. Your confirmation email will then be re-sent to you. 

 

Do I need to create an Eventbrite account to access all my ticket information? 

 

Yes, once you’ve received your confirmation email, you’ll need to create an Eventbrite account to view your ticket and make any needed amends. To do this... 

1. Click ‘Go to My Tickets’ within your confirmation email. This will take you to the Eventbrite website. 

2. Once on this page, select ‘Sign Up’, and enter the email address used to purchase your ticket.  

3. You'll be sent an email prompting you to activate your Eventbrite account. 

4. Select 'Activate Account' and set a password. This will then create your Eventbrite account.  

 

If you have purchased a ticket on behalf of someone else, they’ll also need to create an account to view their ticket information. To do this they’ll need to... 

1. Click ‘Claim Your Order’ within their confirmation email. This will direct them to the Eventbrite website. 

2. Once there, they'll need to select ‘Sign Up’ and enter their email address.  

3. Once entered, they'll receive an email prompting them to activate their Eventbrite account. 

4. They’ll need to select ‘Activate Account’ and set a password. This will create their Eventbrite account where they can access their ticket. 

 

Will I be able to refund my ticket?  

 

Once you've created an Eventbrite account, you’ll be able to request a refund for your ticket if one is needed. To do this... 

1. Access your Eventbrite account. 

2. Click on your email address in the top right-hand corner of the screen. 

3. Head to ‘Tickets’ and click on the ticket you'd like to refund. 

4. Select ‘Request a Refund’. Please select the reason for your refund and click send. 

You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds are only available up to seven days prior to your chosen location’s event date. Please note, due to Eventbrite’s ticket fee of 82p, you’ll be refunded £4.18. 

 

Am I able to transfer my ticket?  

 

Yes, once you’ve created your Eventbrite account, you’ll be able to make ticket transfers, either to another person or another location from your account.  

 

How do I transfer my ticket to another location?  

 

1. Head to your Eventbrite account and select your email address in the top right-hand corner of the page. 

2. Go to ‘Tickets’ and select the ticket you would like to transfer. 

3. Click 'Transfer'. 

4. Choose 'Change Event' to transfer to a different location.  

Ticket transfers can only be completed up to midnight three days prior to the venue’s event date.  

 

Please note: you will be unable to transfer your ticket if... 

  • Your new location is sold out. 

  • Your new location’s event date has already passed. 

 

How do I transfer my ticket to someone else?

 

You can edit your order information to register your ticket to someone else’s name and email address. This doesn't remove the ticket from your Eventbrite account, but the new attendee will receive an email prompting them to claim their ticket when you save the change. Please note: ticket transfers can only be completed up to midnight three days prior to the venue's event date. 

 

Will there be food and drink at the venue?  

 

Yes, tea, coffee, and biscuits will be available at each venue.  

 

Will I be able to bring my baby?  

 

Yes, you can bring your baby to Tropic On Tour, but please be sure to check the venue’s breastfeeding and baby changing facilities ahead of the event to ensure your needs are met. You’ll be able to enter and exit the main venue room throughout the event and please be mindful of others if your baby cries.  

 

Will parking be available at each location?  

 

Yes, parking is available at each venue. Parking spaces are limited however and cannot be pre-booked. You can find more information on parking by

How long will the Tropic On Tour event last?  

 

Tropic On Tour will last approximately 2 hours. 

 

What time should I arrive at the venue?  

 

Please arrive approximately one hour ahead of the venue’s start time.
