Please read the information below carefully before booking your ticket. Bookings will close three days prior to each event, or when we have reached capacity for that location.
Example: If an event is due to take place on Saturday, bookings will close for that event at 11.59pm on Wednesday.
Each ticket will admit one person to the specified Tropic On Tour location. You can book up to 10 tickets at a time. Please provide the correct details for each person you are purchasing a ticket for, as this will ensure they are allocated the correct Tropic product and their QR code is sent to the correct email address for entry to the event. You're able to purchase as many tickets as you'd like (in maximum groups of 10 at a time, provided the event hasn’t reached capacity) by re-visiting the ticket booking site and placing additional orders.
E-tickets will be sent via the email provided when booking. You will be required to show this e-ticket on the door, so the QR code can be scanned, and you can gain entry to the event. E-tickets can either be printed or shown on your mobile phone.
Cancellations & Queries
If you no longer wish to attend, please cancel your booking to allow others the opportunity.
Bookings can be cancelled directly through your Eventbrite account. Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event starting and will be issued by Eventbrite. Please note: refunds will not include Eventbrite charges (0.82p - total refund: £4.18)

The closest chargeable car park is Bloomsbury Square Car Park, which is a 7 minute walk from the venue and costs £27.80 for 3-4 hours.
For those with accessibility needs, there is a drop-off point at the front of the hotel via a stair lift. If you do not feel comfortable using the stair lift, please head to Wylde Court (side of the building) where you will find additional assistance.
